Tesla柏林电动汽车生产线公开 详看“哥斯拉”大型工业机器人

Tesla今早发布多段视频，公布其位于柏林Gigafactory最新电动汽车生产线的外观。Tesla也公开工厂内的工业机器人“哥斯拉”（Godzilla），并称它为“有史以来最大型的工业机器人之一”。

Tesla发布的视频展示了Model Y(图片|配置|询价)的铸造过程，表示工厂使用7300吨力将13个不同的车身部件在一条以每分钟16个零件的速度运行的冲压线上冲压；又指车身部件是由“哥斯拉”（Godzilla）推进其喷漆车间。

Tesla在过去一直表示柏林Gigafactory内的喷漆车间为其最先进的喷漆系统，甚至在投入运营前已将称它为“世界级”，并利用该系统在欧洲市场推出多款新车身颜色。

柏林Gigafactory及德克萨斯州Gigafactory为Tesla最新两所工厂，并采用Tesla最新的工业制造技术。生产Model Y不到一年，每年的生产量超过250000辆。到第四季度末，该工厂最终每周生产约3000辆汽车，帮助特斯拉在德国及欧洲市场保持重要的市场份额。
